About the position

The Navy Supply Instructor position at AISG, Inc. is a full-time, hybrid remote role focused on teaching Navy Supply Logistics. The instructor will leverage their extensive knowledge of afloat Navy Supply Systems policy and procedures to conduct training sessions, both in-person and remotely. This role requires a high level of discipline, excellent time management skills, and the ability to adapt to various teaching methods. The position involves significant travel to various locations, including shipboard environments, to deliver training courses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Navy Supply Logistics and related topics.
• Develop and support curriculum for training programs.
• Perform non-scheduled Surge trainings in CONUS/OCONUS locations, including shipboard, with limited advance notice.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Maintain a high level of discipline and professionalism in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six years of experience in supply/logistics and/or food service in the US Navy.
• Experience as a US Navy Senior Enlisted Logistics Specialist.
• Instructor experience in a military environment.
• Current SECRET security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
