About The Position

The NC (Non-Conformance) Coordinator at Cepheid is responsible for supporting the management of non-conformance issues within the manufacturing process. This role involves documentation review, tracking manufacturing-owned non-conformances, and collaborating with Quality and Tech Ops teams to resolve discrepancies. The position is onsite in Lodi, CA, and offers opportunities to participate in improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and PSP projects.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a regulated industry (GMP, ISO, FDA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, Smartsolve, and MES.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of experience in Consumables and/or Robal/PAL manufacturing.
• Previous experience in a quality role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track manufacturing-owned non-conformances (NCs) throughout all phases of the process.
• Perform documentation review for NC-related lots.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to NCs until they are closed, including ad hoc tasks, quantity discrepancies, and system-related issues.
