As an NCS Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in scheduling daily and emergent cases, ensuring that all next-day cases are confirmed, and that regular check-in calls are made with special clients. You will develop and maintain relationships with our surgeon and hospital schedulers, customizing case scheduling routines to meet their specific needs. Addressing client issues to their satisfaction and documenting these issues will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also coordinate with the after-hours answering service on-call schedule, regional configurations, and dispatch policy. This position operates on a day shift from 8 am to 5 pm ET, and you will be expected to perform other responsibilities as needed.
