This is achieved through strategic acquisitions of companies such as Impulse Monitoring, Biotronic NeuroNetwork, and Safe Passage. Our IOM technology offers real-time insights into the nervous system during surgical procedures, assisting surgeons in minimizing surgical risks by providing critical information and alerts throughout the operation. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling daily and emergent cases, confirming all next-day cases, and ensuring that regular ‘check-in' calls are made with special clients. You will develop and maintain relationships with our surgeon and hospital schedulers, customizing case scheduling routines to meet their specific needs. Addressing client issues to their satisfaction and documenting these interactions is crucial. You will also coordinate with the after-hours answering service regarding the on-call schedule, regional configurations, and dispatch policies. This position operates on a day shift from 8 am to 5 pm ET and may include other responsibilities as assigned. Adherence to the company Code of Conduct, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and representing the company professionally are essential aspects of this role.
