About the position

Neato Robotics is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their User Experience team. This role focuses on leveraging innovative technologies to redefine customer experiences and establish a design culture within the organization. The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and lead the design direction for products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, software and hardware engineers, and other designers on ambitious projects.
• Understand business requirements and define design goals.
• Lead the direction of the user experience and deliver the final product.
• Assist the design team in producing design deliverables across the entire design process.
• Iterate on design strategy to enhance team processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand and define business requirements and design goals.
• Experience in producing design deliverables throughout the design process.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in robotics or consumer electronics design.
• Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies.
• Knowledge of design tools and software.
