About the position

We are a small merchandising company seeking one or two graphic designers to assist with ad-hoc design work. The role involves creating initial designs that will be compensated per image, with additional earnings based on sales of the designs.

Responsibilities

• Create 2-5 initial designs in .pdf, .jpg, or .jpeg formats.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to understand design needs.
• Present a small portfolio showcasing previous designs and styles.

Requirements

• A small portfolio of previous graphic design work.
• Experience in creating designs for merchandising or advertising.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with sales-based compensation models.
• Ability to work on multiple design projects simultaneously.
