About the position

We are seeking an experienced land/landscape photographer to capture high-quality images of a vacant land property. The role involves locating rural, unmarked land properties using provided maps and photographing them from various vantage points. This is a one-time project with potential for ongoing work in the region.

Responsibilities

• Locate rural unmarked land properties using provided maps.
• Hike the properties to photograph from different vantage points.
• Capture at least 15-25 ground photos in landscape format.
• Ensure all photos are in 16:9 aspect ratio and in specified digital formats (JPG, JPEG, TIF, PNG, or GIF).
• Include photos of the road fronting the property and any visible utilities at the lot lines.
• Submit photos via Dropbox or Google Drive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape and nature photography.
• Ability to locate properties using GPS and maps.
• Physical capability to hike to various locations for photography.

Nice-to-haves

• Access to a drone for aerial photography or video footage.
