About the position
We are seeking an experienced land/landscape photographer to capture high-quality images of a vacant land property. The role involves locating rural, unmarked land properties using provided maps and photographing them from various vantage points. This is a one-time project with the potential for ongoing work in the region.
Responsibilities
- Locate rural unmarked land properties using provided maps.
- Photograph the vacant property from different vantage points.
- Hike the properties to capture various angles and perspectives.
- Ensure all photos are taken in landscape format and meet specified requirements.
- Submit digital files via Dropbox or Google Drive.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape and nature photography.
- Ability to locate properties using GPS, Google Maps, and plat maps.
- Physical capability to hike to various locations for photography.
- Familiarity with digital file formats such as JPG, JPEG, TIF, PNG, or GIF.
Nice-to-haves
- Access to a drone for aerial photography or video footage.
- Experience in real estate photography.
