Responsibilities

• Refinish hardwood floors in two bedrooms, hallway, and living room.
• Sand the existing wood floors to remove old finishes.
• Stain the wood floors as per the client's specifications.
• Apply two finish coats to the sanded and stained floors.

Requirements

• Experience in refinishing hardwood floors.
• Ability to operate a Drum Sander effectively.
• Knowledge of sanding, staining, and finishing wood floors.
• Must have own tools and truck.
