About the position
The Salesforce QA / SFDC Testing Resource role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications, specifically focusing on Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud. The position requires expertise in testing methodologies and tools, particularly AutonomIQ, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce applications to ensure quality and functionality.
- Utilize AutonomIQ for automated testing processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Participate in the design and implementation of testing strategies for Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud.
- Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Tester or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud.
- Experience with AutonomIQ or similar testing tools.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Salesforce certification in QA or related fields.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
