The primary focus is on replacing the Sheetrock that was removed from the lower sections of most rooms and ensuring a quality texture finish. The role may involve collaboration with the property owner, who can assist with hanging the rock, or the contractor may handle all aspects of the job including hanging, taping, and texturing.

Responsibilities

• Replace removed Sheetrock in affected rooms.
• Retexture the new Sheetrock to match existing finishes.
• Assess the property to determine the extent of work needed.
• Provide a price estimate or hourly rate for the work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sheetrock installation and texturing.
• Ability to assess and determine the necessary repairs.
• Strong attention to detail in finishing work.
