About the position

The Senior Product Owner (Sr PO) plays a critical role in the Agile Team and is responsible for managing multiple products within the supply chain industry. This position requires extensive experience in product management, strategic roadmap definition, and execution to drive return on investment (ROI). The Sr PO serves as the primary point of contact for the development and customer teams, ensuring clarity and prioritization of user stories while maintaining the integrity of product features.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic roadmap in collaboration with the business.
• Own and execute products to drive ROI.
• Manage the Team/Sprint backlog as the single source of truth.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Dev team and Customer team regarding user story details.
• Define and refine user stories, prioritizing the Agile Team backlog.
• Ensure the Team backlog contains two iterations worth of 'ready' work for the Dev team.
• Support multiple Agile teams as part of complex initiatives.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in product management and overseeing Product Owners.
• Industry experience in the supply chain area.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
