About the position

The Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) at Stanley Martin Companies is responsible for designing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with prospective homebuyers, guiding them through the sales journey, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The NSM collaborates with various team members, stays informed on market trends, and maintains accurate sales records using CRM software. Delivering exceptional customer service and promoting First Heritage Mortgage as the preferred lender are also key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers.
• Guide clients through the entire sales journey and homebuyer experience processes.
• Collaborate with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants.
• Conduct market research to stay current on market trends and competitors.
• Ensure all point of sale and marketing materials are accurate and compelling.
• Maintain precise records of all sales activities in the CRM software.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address any concerns promptly.
• Promote First Heritage Mortgage as the lender of choice.

Requirements

• At least three years of proven experience in new home sales for a production builder.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships.
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective task completion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce and other technical tools.
