Neo4j/TigerGraph Developer

About the position

The Neo4j/TigerGraph Developer position at VEAH Consulting Services involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of software web applications in Big Data and Data Analytics Platforms. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Neo4j and TigerGraph, as well as proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting. The developer will work in a fast-paced SAFe Agile environment, implementing CI/CD practices and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software web applications using Neo4j and TigerGraph.
• Implement CI/CD practices using the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and technology groups to design and maintain software solutions.
• Drive and maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, and code quality automation.
• Assess application performance and make improvements through better design and coding practices.
• Manage and lead small development teams in an Agile environment.
• Capture system-level requirements by brainstorming with Senior Architects, Data Architects, Business, and Product Managers.

Requirements

• 8 - 12 years of experience in software development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Neo4j and TigerGraph.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting.
• Experience in leading design and implementation of tools and frameworks for reusability and standards.
• Strong understanding of OOP fundamentals in Java or Python.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Big Data technologies and Hadoop.
• Familiarity with unit testing and code quality automation.
