About the position

The Neptune Project Management Director is responsible for overseeing the implementation of project plans in compliance with federal permits and ENGIE's policies. This role involves managing a project team, ensuring successful decommissioning, and maintaining stakeholder relationships while adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing the project plan in accordance with permits and ensuring compliance with ENGIE's HSE, procurement, and ethics policies.
  • Managing the project team for decommissioning, overseeing contract management, and ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships at federal, state, and local levels, and securing necessary approvals during project execution.
  • Commuting between Houston and Massachusetts during the operational phase to ensure ENGIE's local representation, with weekly travel anticipated based on project needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor in Engineering or other related fields
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management
  • Experience in offshore projects and operations
  • Experience in managing public authorities and a variety of public and private stakeholders
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
  • Fluent in English
