About the position

The .Net Angular Developer position is a contract-to-hire role focused on leading a development team while fostering a culture of trust and continuous growth. The role requires a strong sense of ownership over technical assignments, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, and driving complex technical requirements. The developer will interface with various stakeholders and must stay updated on emerging trends in cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with empathy and compassion, focusing on building a team culture based on trust.
• Demonstrate ownership and responsibility with assignments, including understanding requirements, technical specifications, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, and code management.
• Ensure compliance by adopting enterprise standards and promoting best practices aligned with organizational standards.
• Drive and execute complex technical requirements.
• Stay in tune with emerging trends in Cloud technologies.
• Interface with users, business analysts, editors, quality assurance testers, and other teams as needed.
• Exhibit excellent written and oration skills.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 10+ years full stack development experience in modern web development technologies such as .NET/.NET Core, Web APIs, Microsoft Office Automation, REST/OData, AWS, Angular, IIS, SQL, and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience in application architecture & designs, proven software/enterprise integration design patterns, and full-stack knowledge including modern distributed frontend and backend technology stacks.
• Strong experience and understanding of cloud-based technologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Good understanding and knowledge of RDBMS.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Proficient in building applications using serverless frameworks and containers using Dockers and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and deployment tools like ADO and Jenkins.
• Good understanding and usage of JSON Libraries and XML libraries.
• Experience with tools such as SoapUI, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, and Postman, and ability to create unit test cases, performance testing, and load testing.
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Quality first mindset with experience developing products for a global audience at scale.
• Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a strong ability to influence both IT and business partners.
