About the position

The Software Engineer position at NetApp is an entry-level role designed for individuals with up to 4 years of related professional experience in software development. Responsibilities

• Participate in product design, development, verification, troubleshooting, and delivery of a system or major subsystems.
• Design and implement code using Functional and Object-Oriented JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end development.
• Develop enterprise SaaS software using modular, reusable JS components and data visualizations.
• Understand and apply concepts related to computer architecture, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns in software development.
• Work with back-end technologies including C/C++, Java, and/or Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience with no relevant experience.
• 6 years of relevant industry experience in lieu of the educational programs listed above.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, Multi-Threading, Data Structures & Algorithms.
