About the position
The .NET Application Developer position is a remote role focused on leading the development of applications, particularly in the context of student information management systems and K-12 education data. The developer will be responsible for designing, creating, coding, updating, and testing applications to ensure functionality and performance.

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in application development
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Hands-on experience working as a React.js developer
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
- Hands-on experience working in Azure DevOps, utilizing pipelines
- Familiarity with application design, documentation, and coding
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Familiarity with GitHub
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web services, and UI/UX design
- Knowledge of Azure functions and Application Insight
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with student information management systems and K-12 data and reporting
- DevOps principles and cloud architecture
