About the position

The .Net Backend Developer/Lead position is a full-time role based in Fort Mill, SC, requiring a hybrid work model with 2-3 days onsite. The role focuses on developing scalable applications using .Net Core and PostgreSQL, with a strong emphasis on AWS technologies and API integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both leading development efforts and hands-on application development, particularly in modern cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using .Net Core and PostgreSQL services.
• Build scalable applications on AWS using Terraform scripts for infrastructure as code.
• Integrate APIs with various CRM platforms, including Wealth Works and RedTail CRM.
• Research, recommend, design, and develop AWS tech stack-backed systems and application architecture.
• Establish a clear technology vision through collaboration and influence.
• Communicate effectively with client teams, including architects, tech leads, and DevOps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing applications with .Net Core and PostgreSQL services.
• Hands-on experience with OpenSearch.
• Ability to build AWS-based scalable applications using Terraform scripts and EKS.
• Experience with API development and integrations with CRM platforms.
• 10+ years of overall experience in software development, with a focus on leading development teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
