About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Juno Beach, Florida. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and systems using .NET technologies, ensuring scalable and efficient performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with a focus on building robust APIs, services, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and improve existing functionality.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability in backend architecture.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on best practices and industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Maintain and optimize database operations and performance.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with .NET and .NET Core.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
