About the position

The .Net Backend Developer role involves developing scalable systems and implementing robust APIs, focusing on clean coding practices and high-quality software engineering. Responsibilities

  • Develop mission-critical, scalable systems with an emphasis on elegant engineering solutions.
  • Design and implement REST Web Services using C#.
  • Utilize asynchronous mechanisms in modern .NET development.
  • Build robust and high-performing APIs.
  • Implement self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
  • Practice clean coding standards, including SOLID principles, continuous refactoring, and testing.
  • Write extensive unit tests using automated Test-Driven Development (TDD) tasks.
  • Create configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments.
  • Consistently review and maintain code quality.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
  • Lead architectural discussions and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, WebApi, and MS SQL.
  • Experience with Git source code management.
  • Strong professional and precise communication skills.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
  • Thorough understanding of asynchronous mechanisms in .NET.
  • Experience in an Agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in operating with databases.
  • Experience with financial market data management.
  • Exposure to gRPC binary protocol.
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases.
  • Containerized deployments using Docker, OpenShift, etc.
