About the position

The .Net Backend Lead position is a senior role focused on leading the development of backend applications using .Net Core and AWS technologies. The role involves establishing a technology vision, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the development of scalable applications. The position requires strong technical skills, particularly in modern application development and API integration, as well as effective communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of backend applications using .Net Core and PostgreSQL Services.
• Explain the benefits and differences between legacy and modern applications, including monolithic vs microservices architecture.
• Integrate APIs with various CRM platforms such as Wealth Works and RedTail CRM.
• Build scalable applications on AWS, utilizing tools like Terraform for infrastructure as code and EKS for container orchestration.
• Establish a clear technology vision through collaboration and influence within the team.
• Research, recommend, design, and develop systems backed by AWS technology stack and architecture.
• Communicate effectively with client teams, including architects, tech leads, and DevOps personnel.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in developing applications with .Net Core and PostgreSQL Services.
• Experience with OpenSearch.
• Proven ability to build AWS-based scalable applications.
• Familiarity with Terraform scripts for deploying infrastructure as code.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
