About the position

Our client is in the Financial/Banking sector, seeking a Full Stack Developer for a crucial Banking and Finance project with the marketing and product team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating new features and enhancing existing features for the web application. This role requires a developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience, particularly someone familiar with designing secure interfaces, ideally with a background in banking, financial services, or healthcare. The position is a hybrid/remote role based in Utah, offered as a 6-month contract with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and fit. The pay rate ranges from $57.00 to $62.00 per hour, with a conversion salary dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web application features for banking and finance projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design secure interfaces for web applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Implement microservices architecture to improve application scalability and maintainability.
• Utilize Entity Framework and SQL for data management and manipulation.
• Create and maintain Web APIs for seamless integration with other services.
• Apply dependency injection principles to improve code modularity and testability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in C# full stack development.
• Proficiency in .Net 7+ framework.
• 5 years of experience with Angular.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Entity Framework for data access.
• Proficient in SQL for database management.
• Experience in developing and consuming Web APIs.
• Familiarity with dependency injection techniques.
