About the position
The Senior .NET Developer position is a hybrid role focused on designing and building impactful software solutions using the latest .NET technologies. This role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and technical leadership within a modern Agile environment, allowing for significant autonomy while working closely with product managers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise-class software solutions using .NET technologies.
- Write clean, scalable code primarily in C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Participate in architecture planning and team collaboration.
- Engage in hands-on coding and development, focusing 80% on backend and 20% on frontend/UI.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing enterprise-class software solutions.
- Expertise in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
- Fluent in JavaScript/Angular (React or Vue).
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Visual Studio).
- Experience in full-stack design, development, and API creation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience leading or mentoring junior developers.
- Experience working with cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
