About The Position
The .Net Developer with Oracle PL/SQL position is a contract-to-hire role located in Downtown Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be expected to work three days in the office and two days remotely. This role involves planning, developing, coding, testing, migrating to production, distributing, and supporting package software, as well as maintaining and supporting applications within environments such as Oracle, PL/SQL, and .NET. The candidate must have a strong background in PL/SQL and .NET, as well as experience with web services, XML, ASP.Net, HTML, MS SQL Server, and MS Visual Studio, which includes C# and Visual Basic. The role requires the ability to execute analysis, design, development, and maintenance activities with minimal supervision. Additionally, the candidate should be open to learning new technologies, including mobile software, WebSphere Portal, FileNet, Sybase, SharePoint, SOA, and Business Objects.
