About the position

The .Net Full Stack Lead position is a hybrid role based in Issaquah, WA, requiring extensive experience in .NET and React technologies. The role involves leading the development of business applications, utilizing a strong understanding of the software development process, and ensuring successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget. The candidate will work with various technologies, including microservices and CI/CD pipelines, and will be responsible for integrating applications and collaborating with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business applications using .NET and React.
• Write microservices and manage containers in the Azure environment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Integrate applications with other systems using SOA/web services.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Execute against iteration plans and deliver assignments within scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• 13+ years of total experience in software development.
• 8+ years of experience in .NET development.
• 5+ years of experience in React.
• 5+ years of experience in MVC and ASP.NET.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL.
• Strong understanding of the .NET framework 4.x and later.
• Working knowledge of Web Services, REST, SOAP, and XML technologies.
• Experience with writing microservices and containers in Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in application development using Java and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of databases such as DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Programming experience with XML and various JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to work with all management levels.
