About the position

The .NET Lead with Gen AI position is a long-term role focused on leading a development team in creating scalable enterprise SaaS applications using ASP.NET technologies. The role requires extensive experience in software development, particularly in .NET Core, MVC, and Web API, along with a strong understanding of Gen-AI capabilities. The lead will be responsible for high-level and low-level design contributions, ensuring quality through Agile methodologies, and managing a team of developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-10 developers in the design and development of enterprise SaaS applications.
• Contribute to high-level and low-level design processes.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development and Agile methodologies.
• Oversee the writing of unit tests and mocks in .NET/C# using standard frameworks.
• Design scalable architectures for applications using ASP.NET technology.
• Manage source code control and ensure proper usage within the team.
• Provide expertise in authorization and authentication standards, including Open API and OAuth 2.0.

Requirements

• 8+ years of development expertise in ASP.NET technology including .Net Core, MVC & Web API.
• 5+ years of experience writing unit tests and mocks in .NET/C# with a standard framework.
• 5+ years of designing highly scalable architectures for enterprise SaaS applications.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Gen-AI capabilities and technologies.
• Expertise in Authorization and Authentication (Open API and OAuth 2.0 standard).
• Expertise in Entity frameworks, DB concepts & SQL (DB: SQL server).
• Strong understanding of various Design patterns.
• Expertise in Agile Methodologies & other quality processes.
• Expertise on Source code control usage or management.
