The NetOps Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting network security infrastructure, including project implementations, operational support, and escalation management. This role requires hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining communication with management regarding project statuses. The position is primarily on-site for the first 90 days, transitioning to a hybrid work model thereafter, and includes an on-call rotation.
