About the position

The .Net Production Support Lead will serve as a Technical Analyst responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing support of managed services programs. This role involves close collaboration with offshore teams and cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency, particularly in the context of .NET applications and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective support for .NET applications and SQL databases in a production environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality and database queries.
• Monitor application performance and SQL database health, conducting root cause analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.
• Provide day-to-day support for program operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and client stakeholders to address issues and resolve inquiries.
• Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Document process flows and develop recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams to explore opportunities for automation.
• Work with the RPA team to identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
• Develop automation requirements and collaborate with RPA developers to implement solutions.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., .Net, Angular, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with healthcare data and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of automation tools and methodologies (e.g., RPA, AI, ML).
