About the position

The Net Revenue Analytics Manager at HCA Healthcare is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process improvement solutions within the Revenue Cycle departments. This role involves leading a team of analysts, collaborating with various stakeholders, and utilizing business analytics methodologies to enhance revenue cycle processes, particularly in areas such as denials and discrepancy management. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Revenue Cycle Business Analysts to create and deploy analytics solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within the revenue cycle operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Communicate regularly with executives to facilitate automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prioritize initiatives and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
  • Resolve complex issues independently and provide departmental training when available.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience in coding SQL and developing analytics solutions using Tableau, Microstrategy Visual Insight, Power BI, and/or QlikView.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle business processes and excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
