About the position

Pulmuone Foods USA Inc. is seeking a Net Revenue (NRM) Sr. Analyst to join our team in Fullerton, CA. The primary mission of this role is to drive net revenue growth and enhance product profitability through comprehensive financial and strategic analysis, as well as effective management of sales expenses. The NRM Sr. Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing net revenue management strategies that align with the company's financial objectives. This includes managing trade spends, broker fees, and promotional expenses to ensure profitability across all sales activities. In this position, the analyst will assess trade expense planning and approval processes, aiming to improve visibility and effectiveness of trade expenses. Collaboration with the Accounting department is essential to monitor trade expense progress and ensure accurate financial postings. The analyst will continuously evaluate the effectiveness of trade spending and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and managing other sales-related expenses, such as broker fees and budgets, to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals. The NRM Sr. Analyst will also analyze and investigate chargebacks and deductions, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and clarify discrepancies. Assisting the NRM Manager in enhancing financial forecasting processes is another key responsibility of this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication abilities to present findings and recommendations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net revenue management strategies through financial and strategic analysis and management of sales expenses, including trade spends, broker fees, and promotions.
  • Manage all sales related expense management for profitability.
  • Assess trade expense planning & approval and improve upon the visibility on the trade expenses.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to monitor the trade expense progress and guide proper financial posting.
  • Continuously evaluate trade spend effectiveness and performance for profitability.
  • Monitor and manage other sales related expenses such as broker fee and budgets, ensuring alignment with company financial objectives.
  • Analyze and investigate the chargebacks and deductions by working with relevant cross functional teams to resolve issues and seek clarification.
  • Assist the NRM Manager to improve financial forecasting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in financial management, sales finance, or related role including sales/marketing/business planning/trade promotion management in CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and modeling skills in Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
