About the position

The ARA Cloud Strategy and Implementation Manager at Deloitte is responsible for implementing and deploying NetSuite solutions, focusing on enhancing business processes through technology. This role involves working closely with clients to identify their unique requirements, managing functional designs, and providing ongoing support to optimize user adoption. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions within an engagement team.
• Identify business requirements and manage functional design.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents for client approval.
• Create functional requirements for application design.
• Build, develop, and test detailed functional designs and customized solutions.
• Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.
• Troubleshoot issues during configuration sessions.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience with flexible consumption models.
• Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator/Suite Foundation/ERP Consultant/SuiteCloud Developer/Application Developer/Web Services Developer).
• Strong understanding of lead to cash and record to report processes.
• Revenue Recognition (ASC 606, IFRS 15) expertise.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation of revenue recognition solutions.
• Experience with integrating to billing applications.
• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or technology-related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs.

• Relevant industry certifications (Zuora/RevStream/Zone).
• Ability to manage teams and stakeholders in global locations.
• NetSuite integrations and customizations experience.
• ERP data migration and cutover experience.
