About the position
The position involves serving as a trusted partner in the Technology-Enabled Business Transformation practice, focusing on delivering tailored integrated solutions to clients. The role emphasizes collaboration, expert consulting in NetSuite, and fostering client relationships while providing support and training.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert NetSuite consulting, leveraging industry experience and best practices to address complex client needs.
- Collaborate with clients in the configuration, implementation, and integration of various NetSuite modules.
- Lead consulting engagements that include high-level process analysis and transactional flow analysis.
- Lead business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions, architecting solutions for NetSuite implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement automations and integrations.
- Oversee or delegate data migration tasks, including data cleansing and mapping.
- Deliver training sessions and provide consulting services through various support channels.
- Develop master-level expertise in NetSuite core products and address out-of-scope customer requests.
- Guide customers through the change management process, providing resources and strategies for smooth transitions.
- Foster new and existing client relationships while collaborating with the sales team.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of professional services experience, with at least 3 years in leading and managing NetSuite implementations.
- Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design, particularly in relevant sectors.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
- NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator and ERP Consultant Certification.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
