About the position

As a Sales Manager at Oracle NetSuite, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of outside Sales Representatives focused on our Emerging Markets. This position is situated within a fast-paced and innovative environment where you will be responsible for driving the development of sales skills among your team members. Your primary goal will be to teach, coach, and mentor these sales professionals, with the aim of promoting them within 18 months. You will also be tasked with recruiting, training, and coaching your team in both the sales process and the intricacies of the NetSuite product knowledge. In this role, you will develop comprehensive solution proposals that encompass all aspects of our business applications. You will actively participate in the creation, presentation, and sale of our software stack through various channels, including telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that your team not only meets but exceeds sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of outside Sales Representatives serving the Emerging Markets space.
  • Drive the development of sales skills within the team.
  • Teach, coach, and mentor sales professionals to promote within 18 months.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Previous experience as an individual contributor within SaaS/Technology sales.
  • Proven track record as a top producer in sales with measurable statistics.
  • Strong work ethic, focus, passion, and dedication to success.
  • Ability to learn technology and translate it into value for prospects.
  • Curiosity, insightfulness, and perceptiveness.
