About the position
As a NetSuite Support Specialist at CK Supply, you will be the primary point of contact for end users, providing essential support to ensure the optimal functionality of the NetSuite system. Your role is critical in maintaining system efficiency through timely assistance and troubleshooting, as well as managing ongoing support cases and assisting with new releases and functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Assist users via phone, in-person, and remotely.
- Manage data through NetSuite's CSV import processes.
- Create necessary saved searches, reports, and workbooks.
- Train department end users on NetSuite and related systems.
- Develop and facilitate documentation for users.
- Test new developments within the NetSuite environment.
- Ensure integration and connectivity of third-party applications.
- Manage troubleshooting efforts and collaborate with third-party solution providers.
- Occasional travel to support multiple locations in Illinois and Missouri.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience working with NetSuite, including six months in a help desk role.
- Experience supporting integrated applications like Banking/ACH, RF Smart, and TrackAbout.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Background in manufacturing and understanding of inventory, distribution, and manufacturing concepts.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with additional integrated applications.
- Familiarity with advanced NetSuite functionalities.
