About the position

The .Net Technical Product Manager will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary contact for the project. This role involves developing a business process definition repository and implementing Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) for Supply Chain operations, utilizing process mining for optimization, and enhancing monitoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop a business process definition repository and implement Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) for Supply Chain (SC) business operations.
• Utilize process mining for process optimization and provide a real-time transactional view across systems for Critical Service Operations (CSOs).
• Improve monitoring capabilities, including Quality of Service (QoS) and BAM.
• Create structure through system definition and information architecture to support product usability.
• Craft terminology, product and feature naming, and conduct research to optimize product experience and interface.
• Influence design to ensure the finished product meets user requirements and needs.

Requirements

• Experience in full stack development with .Net technologies.
• Strong understanding of business process definition and monitoring.
• Proficiency in process mining and optimization techniques.
• Ability to create information architecture and system definitions.
• Experience in product usability and user experience design.
