About the position

The .Net Technical Product Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of applications within the .Net framework. This role serves as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and focuses on optimizing business processes, particularly in Supply Chain operations, through advanced monitoring and process mining techniques. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and product management skills to enhance product usability and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop a business process definition repository and implement Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) for Supply Chain business operations.
• Utilize process mining for process optimization and provide a real-time transactional view across systems for Critical Service Operations (CSOs).
• Improve monitoring capabilities, including Quality of Service (QoS) and BAM.
• Create structure through system definition and information architecture to support product usability.
• Craft terminology, product and feature naming, and conduct research to optimize product experience and interface.
• Influence design to ensure the finished product meets user requirements and needs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management with a focus on .Net technologies.
• Strong understanding of full stack development and application configuration.
• Experience with Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) and process mining techniques.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of improving product usability and user experience.
