About the position

We are seeking a skilled .NET Web API Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying critical APIs for mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with .NET technologies and a strong understanding of modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Utilize SOA design patterns for building resilient API services.
• Develop unit tests using MSTest or xUnit.NET framework.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment using tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry or Google Cloud Platform using various deployment strategies.
• Monitor application health and performance using tools like Splunk or Dynatrace.

Requirements

• Proficient in ASP.NET Core technologies and C# programming language.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and containerization fundamentals.
• Experience with microservices architecture and debugging techniques in Visual Studio IDE.
• Demonstrable experience in developing unit tests in C# .NET.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools for deployment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary, or Big-Bang.
• Knowledge of additional monitoring tools beyond Splunk or Dynatrace.
