About the position

The System Analyst at Resourcesoft, Inc. is responsible for developing and executing data migration strategies for transitioning to SaaS EHR systems, particularly in the healthcare sector. This role requires strong expertise in database management, data migration, and compliance with healthcare data security standards. The analyst will collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure project goals are met effectively, while also providing training and support post-migration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive data migration strategies for transitioning to SaaS EHR systems.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards such as HIPAA.
• Create and execute test scenarios and debug issues during migration.
• Create technical documentation and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Lead post-migration support, including end-user training and performance optimization.
• Identify and implement system workflows for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Strong expertise in database management and data migration for healthcare systems like Netsmart myAvatar.
• Proficiency in Informix, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and advanced Excel usage for data migration.
• Experience with documenting and standardizing business process flows through stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience in analyzing user requirements and enhancing system functionality.
• Experience with resolving complex data-related issues using analytical problem-solving techniques.
• Experience in preparing detailed specifications for data input/output processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
