About the position

The Senior Associate position in the Digital Finance team at PwC focuses on helping Finance organizations leverage enterprise technology, particularly Oracle-NetSuite, to achieve their digital goals and enhance business opportunities. This role involves supporting finance transformation initiatives and implementing new finance technologies, requiring a blend of finance and technology consulting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Help Finance organizations define their Finance Systems Strategies and execute them effectively.
• Provide support for utilizing new Finance technologies, including NetSuite.
• Assist with finance transformation initiatives that require both finance and technology consulting support.
• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations in a functional lead role.
• Manage teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Implement NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules.
• Design complex NetSuite customizations and integrations, ensuring compatibility with available integration platforms.
• Demonstrate understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including general ledger functions and month/year end close processes.
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proven record of success in managing client needs and executing end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
• Experience leading teams through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Knowledge of NetSuite's Advanced Revenue Management and SuiteBilling modules.
• Understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including general ledger and month/year end close processes.
