About the position

The NetSuite Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of NetSuite instances by writing and implementing test scenarios, debugging issues, and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. This role requires collaboration with various business teams to support operational functions through Enterprise Systems applications, while adhering to a stringent release process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and the solutions developers and administrators implement to develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Assist in supporting 2 separate instances of NetSuite
• Create detailed documentation for User Acceptance Testing
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Analyze user's stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Monitor debugging process results
• Stay up to date with new testing tools, requirements, and strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles and permissions
• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP/CRM experience
• Ability to be a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Comfortable meeting with stakeholders and Product Owners about issues that arise or enhancements that are requested
• Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Familiarity with the Agile Methodology
• Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role
• Experience with QA methodologies
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Ability to write test scenarios for QA and UAT testing
• Analytical with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively and work against tight deadlines
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications

Nice-to-haves

• At least Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Experience working in an Agile Software Development organization
• NetSuite Certification and experience with Suitebilling and/or WMS a plus
