About the position

The NetSuite Quality Analyst at Global Payments is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's NetSuite instances. This role involves writing and implementing test scenarios, debugging issues, and managing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment. The analyst will collaborate with various business teams to support operational functions through Enterprise Systems applications, while adhering to a stringent release process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and the solutions developers and administrators implement to develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Assist in supporting 2 separate instances of NetSuite
• Create detailed documentation for User Acceptance Testing
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Analyze user's stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Monitor debugging process results
• Stay up to date with new testing tools, requirements, and strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP/CRM experience
• Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles and permissions
• Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role
• Familiarity with the Agile Methodology
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Ability to write test scenarios for QA and UAT testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and work against tight deadlines

Nice-to-haves

• At least Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Experience working in an Agile Software Development organization
• NetSuite Certification and experience with Suitebilling and/or WMS a plus
