About the position

The Network Administrator & Cloud Security Engineer position is a hybrid role that combines responsibilities in network administration and cloud security. The role is crucial for managing and securing both in-office and cloud-based security tools and applications, with a focus on Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security and cloud technologies, ensuring robust network security and efficient administration of cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Manage network security and oversee Azure Active Directory.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and AWS platforms.
• Secure the network with robust firewall management.
• Administer conditional access policies, RBAC, and privileged identity management.
• Oversee user accounts, mailboxes, licensing, and advanced SaaS tools.
• Maintain AWS services including S3 and EC2.
• Configure and manage Cloudflare, SSL certificates, and domain maintenance.
• Support DHCP, DNS, and other essential network services.
• Install and maintain physical servers, network hardware, and virtual infrastructure.
• Handle installations, updates, and maintenance of systems and software.
• Install and maintain anti-virus solutions, monitor systems, and address performance issues.
• Participate in IT projects, including after-hours tasks when required.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience supporting IT security tools and cloud-based applications.
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare and AWS (S3, EC2).
• Solid understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, SSL, SSH).
• Strong background in Windows OS; Linux experience is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Cloudflare configuration and management.
• Knowledge of advanced SaaS tools administration.
