About the position

The Network and Computer Systems Administrator at Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is responsible for developing and implementing an Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, managing user access to systems, and ensuring compliance with security policies. This role requires a current DoD Secret security clearance and eligibility for DoD Top Secret clearance, with a focus on maintaining security systems and collaborating with various departments to ensure secure access to data and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an IAM program with policies and procedures.
• Ensure team members understand and perform according to these policies and procedures.
• Manage user access to systems, applications, and data.
• Perform risk assessments and audits; investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay up to date on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions.
• Establish techniques for and review analysis, risk assessment, and troubleshooting to improve security systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data.
• Document processes and procedures; review audits and reports related to access security systems and procedures.
• Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage the administration and maintenance of access security systems.
• Consult with users and evaluate requirements, recommend designs, provide cost analyses, plan projects, and coordinate tasks for installation of networks.

Requirements

• Current DoD Secret security clearance and eligibility for DoD Top Secret clearance.
• High School Diploma with 11 years of recent specialist experience, or Associates Degree with 7 years of recent specialized experience, or Major Certification with 7 years of recent specialized experience, or Bachelor's Degree (and higher) with 3 years of recent specialized experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the field and proficiency in using different technologies pertinent to the position.
