About the position
We are seeking a Security Engineer to join a highly motivated team in a challenging and rewarding environment. The role involves providing Level 2 and 3 technology support and administration for the IT Infrastructure Network and Security Operations Team, covering network and security technologies across multiple sites in various countries. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and team-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and 3 technology support for network and security operations.
- Administer and troubleshoot Check Point firewalls and other network devices.
- Support internal clients with superior customer service and communication skills.
- Manage projects and expectations effectively across multiple teams and technologies.
- Monitor security devices and applications for performance issues and provide troubleshooting support.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Check Point firewalls.
- Experience with Cisco, Arista, Dell, and Mellanox switches.
- Good understanding of Linux systems.
- Knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the media/entertainment business.
- Cisco certification (CCNA mandatory, CCNP preferable).
- Checkpoint Certification.
