About the position

The Network and Systems Administrator will provide essential administrative support to both on-site and remote personnel, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's network and systems. This role involves collaboration with the IT leadership team and requires a proactive approach to managing and troubleshooting network and system issues.

Responsibilities

• Helps with the day-to-day operation of our network, servers and client machines.
• Installation and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, desktop workstations and printers.
• Managing user accounts and permissions.
• Work with service partners to assure integrity of UPS, and endpoint protections are up-to-date and active.
• Troubleshooting network and system errors.
• After hours work as needed.

Requirements

• College degree or Network and systems certification.
• Two or more years of office administration experience, including helpdesk support.
• Solid understanding of networking, computer systems, and Active Directory.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and services.
• Multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
