About the position

As a Network and Voice Engineer at Pall Corporation, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our network infrastructure, which is vital for the stability, security, and efficiency of our operations. You will collaborate closely with other IT professionals to troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize network performance. Your contributions will directly impact the overall IT strategy of the company, ensuring that our network solutions meet the diverse needs of our global customers. In this position, you will be responsible for configuring and deploying network solutions, including LAN, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi networks. Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues will be key aspects of your role, as you work to ensure optimal operation. You will also implement network security measures to protect our data, software, and hardware, and manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work with IT team members to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary information to support our network infrastructure effectively.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy network solutions, including LAN, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Collaborate with IT team members to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.
• Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network and Voice Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Wi-Fi, Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto Firewalls and Voice in an MS Teams environment.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, parallel tasks and projects.
