About the position

As a Network and Voice Engineer at Pall Corporation, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our network infrastructure. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with other IT professionals to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our networks. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues, optimizing network performance, and contributing to the overall IT strategy of the company. Your expertise will help us advance health, safety, and environmentally responsible technologies through our high-tech filtration, separation, and purification products. In this role, you will configure and deploy network solutions, including LAN, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi networks. Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues will be essential to ensure optimal operation. You will also implement network security measures to protect our data, software, and hardware, and manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Collaboration with IT team members will be key as you plan and implement network upgrades and expansions, and you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy network solutions, including LAN, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Collaborate with IT team members to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.
• Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network and Voice Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Wi-Fi, Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto Firewalls and Voice in an MS Teams environment.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, parallel tasks and projects.
