Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced, self-directed Network Architect Design Manager to support the United States Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) Information Technology (IT) Support Services contract. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of a full spectrum of IT services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity throughout the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility. As a Network Architect Design Manager, you will oversee technically proficient personnel and ensure that enterprise services are delivered in accordance with the contract requirements. You will report directly to the program manager and assist USAFCENT and deployed forces in achieving their operational goals. In this position, you will be responsible for designing LAN, CAN, and WAN data, voice, and video architecture. You will also configure and implement internal, external, and service provider routing protocols, ensuring that the network infrastructure is robust and efficient. Monitoring network performance metrics and conducting trend analysis will be key components of your role, allowing you to proactively address any issues that may arise and optimize network performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in firewall management. You will be required to hold a CCNP Certification and an ITIL Foundations Certification. Additionally, this position may require short-term deployments to the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility, and you must be available to be on-call as needed. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is also required for this role.
