About the position

The Network Architect position at TENICA and Associates LLC requires an active TS/SCI clearance with FS polygraph. The role involves overseeing network standards, performance optimization, and strategic planning for network engineering projects. The architect will coordinate activities, manage resources, and serve as a technical expert in network systems configuration and integration.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and coordinates individual and staff activities, prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines.
• Establishes overall network standards and priorities; analyzes network system performance optimization.
• Monitors day-to-day office activities and allocates funds and resources effectively.
• Oversees the design, evaluation, selection, implementation, and support of major networks.
• Reviews and evaluates network performance, risk, and financial analysis feasibility studies.
• Strategically plans new configurations for network operation and integration.
• Provides assessments of technical characteristics of proposals to optimize network performance.
• Serves as a coach and mentor to introduce new approaches and facilitate performance.
• Acts as the lead technical expert for strategic oversight and planning of network engineering projects.

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience in network architecture and engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with FS polygraph.
